Linden Tree Retreat & Ranch is located in the village of Velika Plan, inside Velebit Nature Park. Driving distances are approximately: 1 hour from Zadar, 2 hours from Zagreb, Split, 3 hours from RIjeka, 5 hours from Dubrovnik and Istria, and 6 hours from Vienna and Venice. We are served by Zagreb and Zadar international airports.
Directions: from east, north and south, take A-1, (major highway that runs north-south), take Perušić exit. At the bottom of the ramp, take left toward Perušić. After 400, just before the church take right toward Klanac. Drive 12 km. In Klanac, take a right toward Donje Pazarište. Drive 10 km. Drive thru Donje Pazarište. You will pass a brewery on your right that makes famous Velebitsko Pivo. Continue for another 3 km. Turn left toward Velika Plan. Linden Tree Retreat & Ranch is 0.5 km on your left. If you are coming from Adriatic magistral road (Jadranska Magistrala, E65), take the exit for Štirovača (from June thru October as you can be snowed in at other times). The drive is 53 km long. Go thru Štirovača and Bakovac. We are located 5 km from Bakovac village. Turn right to Velika Plan and follow the road for 0.5 km. We are on the left. It is nearly impossible to miss us.
