RATES & RESERVATIONS...
Camping/RV: during the summer months (June-September) we open our land to campers. Outdoor bathroom facility provided. 5 EUR
Tipi daily rate is 60 EUR per day. Minimum 2 nights.
Buffalo Lodge is 120 EUR daily for the whole lodge up to maximum number of 6. Minimum 2 nights.
Groups: We can accommodate larger camping groups for events like retreats, workshops, seminars, trainings and other organized group events. Contact us at info@lindenretreat.com to assist you with the arrangements for your group.
To preserve peace and tranquility we ask you call ahead and make reservation for your visit. No drop-ins please. Open seasonally, check for availability. Check-in time is 3-8 PM and check out time before 11 AM.
Prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Children under age of 4 stay free of charge. Children age 4-7 pay 50% of the price.
Pets are welcome at Linden Tree if they get along with other animals. Pet charge is 5 EUR per day per animal.
Transportation from Gospic or Zagreb/Zadar/Split airports possible at extra cost (Gospic 12 EUR, Zagreb/Split 70 EUR, Zadar 50 EUR)a. Prices are per person.
Gear rental: we have rubber boots, pocket flashlights as well as some tents, sleeping bags and therm-a-rest mattresses for rental. We charge flat fee of 4 EUR per person per day for the rental of the above items.
Deposit of 50% of the estimated room & board cost is due at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is due minimum 2 weeks before arrival. We will email you instructions how to make a payment. No reservation is complete without paid deposit.
Cancellation or reservation change policy: following charges will be levied as a percentage of the total amount:
Up to 29 days before arrival 20%
28-15 days before arrival 50%
14-08 days before departure 70%
07-01 days before departure 90%
On departure day or no-show or late appearance 100%.
